Our streamlined registration process ensures that you can quickly secure your spot in our high-demand training sessions. Register Now! We highly recommend early registration to secure your spot, as classes may fill up quickly. Please note that the class may be canceled or rescheduled if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.​

 

Accuracy: When registering multiple students, please ensure you enter the legal name of each student under "Ticket Details." If the names on the tickets do not match the attendees on the first day of class, they will not be allowed to participate, and the registration fee will be forfeited.​

 

Confirmation: After completing the registration process, you will receive an email to confirm your enrollment. You will receive a reminder email closer to your scheduled course dates with additional logistical details.​

COURSE POLICIES:

 

Payment: Course fees are due in full at the time of registration. Payment may be made by ACH, credit card, or purchase order. Your spot in class is not guaranteed until payment has been made in full.

 

Receipts: To request a payment receipt, please email training@amergenttechs.com.

 

Minimum Enrollment: In order to provide effective and high-quality training courses, we require a minimum number of students for each course. If the required enrollment is not met, we reserve the right to either cancel or reschedule the class.

 

Cancellation of Student Registration: We understand that situations may arise that might make it necessary for you to cancel your registration. Please realize that the later you notify us, the less likely we are to fill the vacancy you have created, impacting instructors and other students.

  • If you have registered, paid course fees, and are unable to attend, you must notify Amergent Techs, Inc. by emailing training@amergenttechs.com to cancel your registration

  • If you do not show up for a class, you will not be eligible for a refund. No make-up or partial credit will be given if you miss a class or show up late.

  • The amount of your refund is determined by the date you notify us of your cancellation. A processing fee applies to all cancellations at any time. Some fees may be waived if we can fill your vacancy in the class.

Cancellation Fees are as follows:

Processing fee (applies to all cancellations at any time) - $25.00

4 weeks or less prior to the course start date - $50.00                  

3 weeks or less prior to the course start date - 25% of the course fee

2 weeks or less prior to the course start date - 50% of the course fee

Within 7 days of the course start date - No refund

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less applicable processing fees. When applicable, refunds may be processed in the form of a check.

 

Course Cancellation by Training Provider: Amergent Techs, Inc. makes every effort to maintain the schedule of classes as announced on our website. However, we reserve the right to cancel classes, change instructors, and combine classes when necessary without previous announcement. In the event Amergent Techs, Inc. cancels or reschedules a class, the full course fee can be applied towards another date or fully refunded.

Student Identification: Students must bring a copy of a government-issued photo ID (i.e., driver’s license, passport, TWIC card) to present to the instructor before the start of the course.

Course Materials: All required materials (i.e., student handbooks) are included in the cost of registration.

 

Breaks & Meal Periods: Instructors will provide short breaks approximately once per hour during class sessions. These breaks usually last about 5 to 20 minutes. Please use these breaks to conduct outside business and personal phone calls to minimize disruptions to the class. Meal periods typically last at least 30 minutes. Unless otherwise specified, the cost of lunch is not included in the course fees. For courses held at Amergent Techs' offices, the instructor will place an order for lunch daily, and students may reimburse the cost of items via cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Students are also welcome to go offsite for lunch or bring their own lunch and use the on-site fridge/freezer. For courses held in alternate facilities, specific details will be provided ahead of the course.

 

Attendance, Tardiness, and Engagement: We value punctuality and active participation in our training courses to create a productive learning environment. Remember that attendance policies support your success and contribute to a respectful learning environment.

  • Regular Attendance: Students must attend all scheduled training sessions in order to receive a course completion certification. No make-up or partial credit will be given if you miss a class or show up late.

  • Timeliness: Arrive on time for each session to maximize learning opportunities. Allow ample time for driving, parking, and signing in to your class.

  • Participation: Active engagement contributes to a richer learning experience for everyone.

  • Late Arrival / Early Departure: If you arrive late or depart early, please enter/leave quietly to minimize disruption. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late or depart more than 30 minutes before class is dismissed, you may not be eligible to receive a course completion certificate.

  • Permission: If you anticipate being late or needing to depart early due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., family emergency), contact the instructor or (714) 892-0085 in advance.

  • Excessive Absences: Missing more than 20% of total course hours may result in withdrawal.

  • Grading Impact: Regular attendance positively influences your overall performance.

  • Health Considerations / Illness: If you feel unwell, prioritize your health. Do not attend in-person sessions if you have symptoms of illness.

 

Feedback: We value and encourage your input at any time. Course evaluations are distributed at the end of class.
